Spicy Garlic Stir Fried Cabbage
Super Simple Sunday. Spicy garlic stir-fried cabbage. I used Napa cabbage but if y’all have some St.Patricks day cabbage leftover you can use that too.
4 cloves of garlic minced
Salt
4 Green Onions finely chopped
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Water
1 tsp Korean hot red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp veggie oil
1 1/2 lb Napa Cabbage thinly sliced
2 tsps toasted sesame seeds
Put garlic and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl and mash to a paste. Add scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, water, hot pepper flakes and sugar. Combine and set aside.
Heat the veggie oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add the cabbage and season with a pinch of salt and stir fry till cabbage is wilted about 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer cabbage to casserole or large bowl ( leaving any liquid in the pan) and pour dressing over the cabbage and toss gently to combine. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the top and serve.
