Cream Cheese Quiche
Super Simple Sunday! Cream Cheese Quiche. This a great dish for leftover meats and veggies. I change it up regularly. This week was ham, cheddar, mushrooms with a chive onion cream cheese. *Bonus- you can have it for breakfast too.
1 9 in pie crust
1/4 cup chopped meat
1/4 cup chopped veggie
1/4 cup shredded cheese, like cheddar
3-4 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz chive and onion cream cheese spread in pieces( change this up to if you want sometimes I use the herbed or plain)
Place meat, veggie and cheese on bottom of pie shell
Whisk eggs, cream and cream cheese in medium bowl( it will be lumpy) Season with salt and pepper.
Pour on top of meat and cheese layers.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes till firm. When you touch the middle it should spring back.
Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
