When I posted this Vietnamese chicken salad I wasn't sure anybody would be too interested since it's such a simple dish. Well I was wrong and I am sorry for causing dismay when y'all went looking for the recipe. I didn't mean to be a tease. I realized how annoyed I would be at me.
