Vietnamese Chicken Salad

I know it's shocking but I finally have to keep short and sweet. Now let's see if I can pull it off.   

When I posted this Vietnamese chicken salad I wasn't sure anybody would be too interested since it's such a simple dish. Well I was wrong and I am sorry for causing dismay when y'all went looking for the recipe. I didn't mean to be a tease. I realized how annoyed I would be at me. So to make up for it I made myself sit down and write it down. So go buy you some of that .10 a pound Cabbage and make you dat.
