Homemade Yogurt
Homemade yogurt. When I have milk that is near its expiration date I can’t bear to throw it out, so I make yogurt. It’s a very easy process, that mainly just involves the patience of waiting for it to be done. If you are feeling fiesty you can save some yogurt from your last batch to start your next one. Today I topped mine with champagne grapes, almonds and honey. Impress people with your skills. “ Yes Susan I see that your children are all gifted and your Etsy shop is all the rage, but do you make your own yogurt?” Okay maybe not that impressive but you have to use what you have.
