Lebanese Spice mix

My love of making my own spice mix continues. Having spice mixes handy makes it easy to jazz up your quick weeknight meals. Put them in mason jars in your spice rack and it looks like you actually do those Pinterest projects you save. Also, if you happen to have one of those unfortunate run-ins with a foodie know it all, the words " I make my own spice mixes" might actually shut them up for a few minutes. Spice mixes also make great gifts, they are staples in my care packages to friends and family. Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste. If cinnamon isn't your thing, throw it out like that musician boyfriend that lives on your couch. It's your kitchen do what you want.
